We kicked off Thanksgiving with a tradition we love: giving every one of our amazing associates a turkey to bring home to their families.
But, we didn’t stop there… we also asked our team what are your secrets to cooking a good turkey and of course the important question of the season:“What’s the must-have side dish on your Thanksgiving table?”
The answers were as wonderful and diverse as our Briarcliffe family — from classic stuffing, creamy mac & cheese, and sweet potato everything to rice & beans, scalloped corn to, roasted Brussels sprouts, cranberry relish, and family recipes that have been passed down for generations.
As for how to cook that Turkey?
S L O W L Y with lots of butter and herbs under the skin and then baste baste baste to keep it juicy. Another person said they saw a video thst used a cheese cloth soaked in melted butter that was then used to cover the turkey during roasting
No matter the dish, one thing is clear: our team brings heart, tradition, and joy to everything they do — here and at home.
