My brother lives at the manor In the memory care unit. I am so happy with the staff, the treatment, the food is tasteful and of good quality. The facility is clean my brother is always well taken care of. The overall staff of the facility is excellent makes me feel like I am apart of a family! I would highly recommended this facility to anyone.

I have been at Briarcliffe on many occasions from the nursing home to the memory care unit. The staff are friendly and caring. The facilities were immaculate. I have worked in healthcare my whole career and would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member here.

Chose to stay here for 2 weeks because of the excellent physical therapy and occupational therapy department. Ended up being an amazing stay with very caring and dedicated staff a super clean facility and amazing food. Overall the environment was exactly what I needed nurturing compassionate and professional. I would definitely choose them for Skilled Nursing Facility rehabilitation in the future and would not hesitate to recommend friends or family.

The care my mother received while at Briarcliff was amazing. The staff goes out of their way to help everyone. Could not have asked for my mother to be in a better place while she needed care. Thank you for such amazing care for my mother.

My aunt is getting great, friendly compassionate care that’s qualified. The staff focuses attention on each individual client. My aunt loves the food cooked with care from the dietary department. She says it’s delicious and served with a smile.

Our mother (Ann) moved into Briarcliffe Preserve less than 2 weeks ago. In this short time, she has become engaged in the community. The change in her is astounding! The nurses and cnas have taken the best care of my father as he recovered. They are all professional and fun and are patient with all patients and residents. We’ve gotten to know the majority of the staff and they are the friendliest, kindest and caring nursing staff I’ve ever experienced
