Briarcliffe is Rhode Island's Premiere Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
The Preserve is as an Assisted and Supportive Independent Assisted Living Residence- home to active seniors and those who need a little help, living their very best lives to the fullest while enjoying the many benefits of a catered lifestyle – restaurant style dining, laundry and housekeeping services in addition to outings and daily social activities (Supportive Independent Living).
The Preserve also provides accommodations to active seniors who might need a little additional care (Assisted Living). Assisted Living care can involve some help with some daily activities or some medication management and administration.
Also on the Campus is Briarcliffe Gardens and the Cottage which provide Memory Care Assisted Living services to those who need special care.
Briarcliffe Manor provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to those who might need those additional services.
The Campus offers continuity of care all in one place providing peace of mind. We believe in you having the option to age in place at Briarcliffe, should you choose to do so.
