Bright, Happy, Cheerful and Secure- our campus features two unique Memory Care Assisted Living Residences where we help people with memory issues live their best and most vibrant lives. Briarcliffe Gardens and the Cottage Residence at Briarcliffe Gardens look and feel like two beautifully appointed homes and they are, but they are also so much more.
Some of our residents simply need to be in a safe, secure environment where medications are managed and administered, delicious meals are prepared and served, and laundry and housekeeping services are provided. Others require reminders or assistance with personal care (including bathing, dressing and/or incontinence management). Some have more serious health conditions that require the skills of our Professional Nursing staff and Dietician.
We are here to ensure that each person receives the care and support that they need to live their best life both now and in the future.
We maintain a comprehensive Memory Care Residence staffed with licensed, specially trained caregivers and programming designed to care for people across the full spectrum of memory care conditions. Our memory care trained professionals included licensed caregivers (CNA,CMA) and registered nurses (RN), engagement team members and dietary professionals as well as housekeeping and comfort service providers.
The care, programming and services provided at Briarcliffe Gardens today reflect all that we have learned from years of caring for those with memory impairment both here and at Briarcliffe Manor, our skilled nursing home. We know from experience what has (and has not) worked well for our memory impaired residents over the years. In addition, prior to designing Briarcliffe Gardens, we conducted extensive research into best practices and optimal environments. We have incorporated the best of all that we have learned both into the physical design of these spaces and into our approach to caring for our memory impaired residents.
We are committed to continuing to learn and evolve. We are committed to ensuring that your loved one is safe, comfortable and cared for like family.
