What this means is that, in the event of a fire or emergency, residents are generally safest staying in their apartments rather than evacuating. This strategy takes advantage of our building’s non-combustible materials, fire-rated doors, and advanced fire suppression systems to contain fire and smoke to specific areas, thus ensuring the safety of our residents.

• Fire-Rated Doors: Each apartment has a 30-minute rated fire door that helps to contain fire and smoke in the event of an emergency.

• Fire Compartmentalization: The building is divided into fire compartments, which contain and limit the spread of fire and smoke, allowing more time for response and minimizing risks.
