Discussions of aging, changing abilities, and needs can be extremely difficult. However, there are ways to make the conversation easier and less stressful. One important step is to make sure that the appropriate family members are on the same page – or in as much agreement as possible.

Moving to a new community can be a stressful time. It is important to involve family in the discussions. . Our admissions team can help facilitate and guide the discussion to ensure that everyone’s concerns are addressed and all are comfortable with the decisions made.

Once the decision has been made, our team will help facilitate your move to the Briarcliffe campus. We will work with the current care team to make certain that all necessary medications and care protocols are followed throughout the transition period, so you can focus your full attention on the physical move.
